Remedy Liquor is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the nature of alcohol sales, returns are generally only accepted for spoiled or damaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns of non-defective items.
Return Process

Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate a return request.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the damaged bottle, cork, or shipping box to help us process your claim quickly.
- 3.Secure the Shipment
Once approved, carefully repack the item in its original packaging to ensure it is not further damaged during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement.
