Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires that an adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for any package containing alcohol. Carriers will not leave these packages at the door without a valid signature and ID verification.
What is your return policy for spirits and wine?
Due to various state regulations, we generally cannot accept returns on alcoholic beverages once they have left our facility. If your order was damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
